Orbis started a few years ago with belgian fries and truly changed the reality of streetfood in our streets. There is always a line in front of their Laurinská branch until late hours but they serve quite quickly so if you need to drown a long hungry day down with something fried, then get yourself in that line. Even though the quality is up and down, l always gladly take the risk because the fries are really fantastic. You can swap mayo for a different dressing, but the choice is quite tough. I always go for the tried and tested andalouse sauce. Pair a bubbly lemonade with it and life is good. Try something which is not fries and let me know how you liked it. I have never passed to the next level beyond the fries….
